The College of Education & Human Services at the University of North Florida (UNF) is seeking applications for multiple positions in Educational Leadership, with an emphasis on PK-12 education, commencing in Fall 2020.
These positions will support our Educational Leadership programs, at both the doctoral (Ed.D.) and masters’ levels. For the tenure and tenure-track positions, an earned doctorate in Educational Leadership, or a discipline closely related to educational leadership, is required at the time of employment. These faculty members will be expected to teach graduate level leadership courses at the masters and doctoral level. These positions also require a demonstrated ability and commitment to work with diverse populations and to the principles of the Carnegie Project on the Educational Doctorate (CPED), including preparing scholarly practitioners who can construct and apply knowledge to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals, families, organizations, and diverse communities. Moreover, the ideal candidate will be committed to investigating questions of equity, ethics, and social justice to bring about solutions to complex problems of practice.
