ANY FUNDING SUPPORT FOR TRAVEL AND LODGING?

For out of town attendees, The Fellowship works with partners to accommodate our most promising candidates to attend our career fairs in Philadelphia. Funding for travel and lodging are considered on a case by case basis and we only support candidates with serious intentions to work in Philadelphia public schools. Please complete the job seekers registration above to be considered for travel and lodging support.

ARE JOBS OFFERED ON THE SPOT?

While the Fellowship can not guarantee candidates a job, there has been “on the spot” hires at previous career fairs. Every candidate will participate in a mock interview, resume review and workshops hosted by industry experts to ensure you are ready for a successful interview.

ARE RECRUITERS INTERVIEWING FOR TEACHER ROLES ONLY?

School networks and recruiters will interview candidates for a variety of roles including administration, central office positions, teachers, deans, social workers and more. While The Fellowship has a strong focus on recruiting more Black male teachers, we are open to supporting your career trajectory in the education workforce. We welcome all interests to work in Philadelphia public schools.
